WHO IS THIS GORD?
Gord ran a video game store. He rented, sold, fixed, and occasionally shouted at anyone who walked through the door with a bad excuse. What he wrote down afterward became a small, foul-mouthed, and beloved corner of the early internet — equal parts customer-service horror show and folk legend.
This site preserves those stories exactly as they were written, organized the way Gord organized them: into Books, Chapters, and the incidents inside them.
